The group CEO is responsible for this Modern Slavery Statement, and the senior leadership teams within each company are accountable for compliance with Modern Slavery Laws in the jurisdictions in which we operate.

Odevo adopted a Supplier Code of Conduct which applies to all suppliers, regardless of location, and covers all subsidiaries, including those in Sweden, Finland, the UK, and the US. Suppliers are required to comply with ethical business practices, avoid exploitative behavior, and adhere to the Supplier Code of Conduct.
Odevo introduced a Whistleblowing Policy to encourage employees, suppliers, contractors, and other parties to report concerns about unethical, illegal, or improper conduct without fear of retaliation. Anonymity is ensured through external reporting channels.

Odevo has adopted a group-wide Code of Conduct and a Supplier Code of Conduct. Odevo is also completing a Double Materiality Assessment as part of the CSRD preparations to assess the materiality of human rights from both financial and impact perspectives.
